At Rosabuy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or refund, please email us at kapokstore2@gmail.com with your:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photo(s) of the item, if applicable

We will review your request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
